INTEGRATIVE SERVICES
Research suggests that yoga and mindfulness practices may help improve body awareness, reduce stress, support digestion, and help people feel more connected to their bodies and overall well-being.
Integrative sessions combine nutrition counseling with yoga, movement, and mindfulness practices to support both physical and emotional well-being in a more connected and individualized way.
This approach may be especially supportive for people navigating:
Digestive concerns
Eating disorder recovery
Stress and burnout
Body image struggles
Disconnection from the body
Recovery from injury or chronic pain
Nutrition counseling and yoga instruction can also be combined within the same appointment as desired.
